System Requirements

To ensure optimal performance of the Swyx Mobile for Android client, the following requirements should be met:

• Server: SwyxWare 11/NetPhone 11 (or later) with Push Notification Server 1.0.7 (or later).
• Network: Router with enabled 802.11r (FastRoaming).
• Client: Smartphone with Android 6 (or later), 64-bit Processor, and 802.11r (FastRoaming).

Recommendation:

Please disable 'Data Saver' in Android Settings > Data Usage for optimal performance.

Note:

For the best user experience, it is advisable to utilize mid to high-end Android smartphones featuring at least a 2.2 GHz quad-core processor, a minimum of 4 GB of RAM, and a resolution of at least 1280 x 720 pixels.

Restrictions / Known Issues in This Version

• Certain issues concerning Favorites such as presence status updates, disappearing Favorites, deletions, and list view problems.
• Changing networks during an active call may lead to call disconnection.
• On Android 9, ringtone and speech volume must be adjusted separately.
• The Bluetooth audio channel may not activate for outgoing calls.
• Name display issues for incoming external calls have been noted.
